Commons Community Toolkits

Led the development of community-facing toolkits designed to support adoption and sustained use of the Commons platform. This work focused on translating complex system features into clear, accessible guidance that met users where they were, while reinforcing shared language, trust, and confidence. The toolkits balanced instructional clarity with narrative framing, helping community members understand not only how to use the platform, but why it mattered for their participation and impact.
